Shipping, exchanges & returns

Information from merchant 球衣范特西, Guangzhou, China. Confirm the terms for your specific order before paying.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched in 1–2 days. Dispatch means preparing and handing over the order for shipping; it is not the arrival time. Send your country and postal code to confirm shipping availability, cost and estimated transit time. Clarify possible destination charges before payment.

If an item is incorrect or has a problem

Contact us on WhatsApp with the order reference, an explanation and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the goods and packaging while the issue is reviewed. After checking the case, we will confirm the available resolution and steps for an exchange, return or another agreed solution.

Before returning an item or requesting an exchange

Request a return or exchange on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the order reference, affected items, reason and clear photographs where relevant. Before sending anything back, agree the return address, instructions, eligibility and remedy. Responsibility for international return or replacement shipping is confirmed for the specific style or order and the reason for the request; returns are not automatically free. Confirm these terms before payment.

Changes to an order

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a size, style, quantity or delivery detail. What can be changed depends on the order’s status. Confirm any printing or customisation terms before paying. This information does not limit rights under applicable law.
